Error Code 9901

System error code 9901 means "The specified directory partition does not exist." This error code may also display as "DNS_ERROR_DP_DOES_NOT_EXIST" or as the value 0x26AD.

Error Code 9902

System error code 9902 means "The specified directory partition already exists." This error code may also display as "DNS_ERROR_DP_ALREADY_EXISTS" or as the value 0x26AE.

Error Code 9903

System error code 9903 means "This DNS server is not enlisted in the specified directory partition." This error code may also display as "DNS_ERROR_DP_NOT_ENLISTED" or as the value 0x26AF.

Error Code 9904

System error code 9904 means "This DNS server is already enlisted in the specified directory partition." This error code may also display as "DNS_ERROR_DP_ALREADY_ENLISTED" or as the value 0x26B0.

Error Code 9905

System error code 9905 means "The directory partition is not available at this time. Please wait a few minutes and try again." This error code may also display as "DNS_ERROR_DP_NOT_AVAILABLE" or as the value 0x26B1.

The domain controller holding the domain naming master role is down or unable to service the request or is not running Windows Server 2003."
