System error codes will appear in software programs and in various areas within the Windows operating system after certain errors occur.
Important: A system error code is not the same as a Device Manager
error code or a browser error code, even though the error numbers may sometimes be the same.

Error Code 8600
System error code 8600 means "The Directory Service cannot process the script because it is invalid." This error code may also display as "ERROR_DS_INVALID_SCRIPT" or as the value 0x2198.Error Code 8601

System error code 8603 means "The DS cannot derive a service principal name (SPN) with which to mutually authenticate the target server because the server's domain has been deleted from the forest."
