System error codes will appear in software programs and in various areas within the Windows operating system after certain errors occur.
Important: A system error code is not the same as a Device Manager
error code or a browser error code, even though the error numbers may sometimes be the same.

Error Code 1500
System error code 1500 means "The event log file is corrupted." This error code may also display as "ERROR_EVENTLOG_FILE_CORRUPT" or as the value 0x5DC.Error Code 1501
System error code 1501 means "No event log file could be opened so the event logging service did not start." This error code may also display as "ERROR_EVENTLOG_CANT_START" or as the value 0x5DD.Error Code 1502
System error code 1502 means "The event log file is full." This error code may also display as "ERROR_LOG_FILE_FULL" or as the value 0x5DE.Error Code 1503
System error code 1503 means "The event log file has changed between read operations." This error code may also display as "ERROR_EVENTLOG_FILE_CHANGED" or as the value 0x5DF.Error Code 1550
System error code 1550 means "The specified task name is invalid." This error code may also display as "ERROR_INVALID_TASK_NAME" or as the value 0x60E.Error Code 1551
