The latest Realtek High Definition Windows 7 driver is version R2.70 (Released 2012-06-22).

Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of this Windows 7 driver are available.

Important: These Realtek High Definition Audio drivers are directly from Realtek - the chipset manufacturer. The High Definition Audio chipset may be a part of your sound card or motherboard but Realtek only created the chipset. This means that it's possible there's a Windows 7 driver that better fits your hardware available from your actual sound card or motherboard manufacturer.
