The "Friends" section of the "Destinations" tab in CrashPlan contains all the settings and information pertaining to your backups on your friend's computers, assuming you have that setup (I don't).
If you do have one or more friend's computers you're backing up to over the Internet, you'll see their computer names listed in the Friends' computers box. Clicking on their computer name will reveal details about the backup you're storing there, including the last time one was completed, the space quota on the destination computer and how much of that is used, and IP address and connection status information.
Note: I skipped the "Overview" section of the "Destinations" tab because there isn't much to discuss. It just contains shortcuts to Friends, Computers, Folders, and Cloud, all of which I talk about in these last several steps in my CrashPlan walkthrough.
