To get the best assistance possible, please keep the following tips in mind when you post about an issue you're having with a PC:
- List as much information about your PC as you can. For example, your operating system version, processor speed, RAM and hard drive sizes, etc. are all very helpful pieces of information.
- Describe in the greatest detail possible what is wrong and when it started happening.
- If anything else occurred at the same time this problem began, let us know. Examples include installing or uninstalling software, a power outage, a virus detection and cleaning, etc.
- Listing any steps you have already taken to try to solve the problem will also be of great help.
