Tim Fisher

Tim Fisher is a systems engineer for one of the largest companies in the United States and co-owner of a technology services company for small businesses.

With over ten years of computer and other technology support experience, Tim Fisher has seen everything from large format floppy drive problems to the latest issues that plague home and business computer users.

Tim's support experience began in High School shortly after purchasing his first PC with a 100MB hard drive, which the salesperson said would be more than he'd ever need! He built and repaired PCs during this time and through college on a part time basis.

After college, Tim entered the technology support world full time, installing and servicing telecommunications, networking and PC equipment. Since then, Tim has worked in various technology related roles including support, consultation, installation, training, documentation and even sales.

Tim has also been featured as a computer support expert in several magazine and newspaper articles.

Tim attended school at a public university in the US where he completed courses in computer science and business technology. After college, Tim completed a number of certifications and additional courses in the computer support, networking and telecommunications fields.

Tim keeps his support skills current through continued education and through the constant flow of technology issues he deals with on a daily basis from his clients.

I very much enjoy helping people find solutions to their problems. It's very rewarding being approached by someone with an issue and then being able to help them solve it. Even better is when I can educate people to solve and prevent computer problems themselves!
