Thumbnail Controls Issue Fixed in Patch for Windows 7 & Server 2008 R2

Microsoft has issued a patch to correct an issue in Windows that prevents the thumbnail controls for some programs from displaying on the taskbar.

What this update does:

This patch from Microsoft updates several Windows files.

This update applies to you if: you're running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

More Information:

This update does not correct a widespread or serious security related issue. However, you should install this update to keep any current or future software you use from experiencing this problem.

Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the above Windows operating systems are affected.

You may be asked to restart your computer after installing this update.
