Using Device Manager in Windows

Friday September 12, 2008
The Device Manager in Windows is a utility of sorts that contains information about how Windows works with all of your hardware.

Device Manager can show you what hardware Windows can communicate with, the specific resources the hardware device is using, any issues that Windows is having with the hardware and much, much more. The most common thing Device Manager is used for is to update drivers for your hardware.

Device Manager isn't difficult to use if you have a little help, which is exactly what I provide in this easy to understand guide to this very important part of Windows.
